Rooftop unit for shelter air conditioning

The HTR range rooftop units are air cooled DX units developed and designed for containers cooling. These offer the simplest solution for cooling IT equipment housed in containers, thanks to their positioning outside the shelter and ease of installation, typical of packaged systems. The internal design and careful selection of components, designed to optimise the unit energy efficiency, ensure maximum savings in terms of cooling system running costs. The use of EC electronically commutated fans (as standard) in the evaporating section minimises ventilation costs, helping boost the unit energy efficiency , especially at partial loads. To maximise energy savings, a version with variable speed BLDC compressors is also available. The units in the HTR range can, on request, be equipped with a direct Free Cooling module. This system, which operates also during mechanical cooling, allows considerable energy savings because it reduces the number of compressor working hours . In this case an overpressure damper is required. All the internal components of the HTR rooftop can be accessed by removing the panels on the upper part, thus making maintenance tasks – both routine and unscheduled – considerably easier. HTR rooftop units are designed to be installed outside shelters. This means optimisation of internal space that can be used exclusively for installation of the server racks. The units are configured to maximise adaptation to the cooling mode that exploits room compartment in hot/cold aisles , adopted to avoid the energy waste caused by mixing of exhaust hot air and server cooling air. The distance between the two air intake and delivery flanges ensures ease of installation without using any ducting. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS R410A refrigerant, also available with R134a for high outdoor temperature applications. Available with variable-speed BLDC compressor. Version with 50 Hz or 60 Hz power supply available. Version for low outdoor temperatures (-40 °C) available. Post-heating system with electrical heating elements. Overpressure electrical panel for maximum safety. Stainless steel cabinet available on request
