Product Description
Chilled water CRAC unit
Range: 22÷236 kW
JREF CW is the new range of chilled water CRAC units for technical/industrial facilities requiring a reduced footprint but with unchanged delivered cooling capacity In-depth CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis has allowed for the meticulous design of every last constructive detail to minimise air pressure drops and, therefore, fan power consumption. The broader air through-flow sections make installation and maintenance tasks easier, thanks to the greater availability of space. MAIN ADVANTAGES On upflow and downflow versions, the air filter is positioned parallel to the coil and has the same surface area: this considerably reduces pressure drops in the air flowing through and, therefore, fan power absorption. Generous sizing of the electrical panel makes it easier and, therefore faster, to complete tasks on the on-board electronics. Housing the water pipes and electrical wiring in the cavity of the load-bearing frame increases the available internal space and considerably simplifies installation and maintenance tasks, all of which can be performed from the machine front. The reduced footprint allows for more effective utilisation of the available server room space. high IT power density (61 W/m2) also meets requirements for applications which are more critical in terms of the heat loads to be dispersed. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Post-heating systems: -electrical heating elements -hot water coil Double panelling (lateral as standard, front and rear on request) Stainless steel condensate drain pan Latest-generation EC radial fans Microprocessor control 3-way valve with 0-10 V servomotor Air flow alarm
